We will be performing backend storage work on the system during this time that will require a longer maintenance period. This work will result in improved system redundancy and backend data protection.
Regular deployment of PlanSafe system feature upgrades. May cause a brief outage of around 5-10 minutes.
The issue has been identified as relating to a minor update rolled out the night of 31/03/25. We have rolled back this update, and are confirming that the issue is now resolved. We are monitoring for any further impact.
We are currently investigating an issue where some users are experiencing errors when attempting to do an assessment on PlanSafe.
