    A regularly scheduled release of the latest software upgrade for our system's backend components. The outage is expected to last for approximately 15 minutes.

Telstra DNS blocking of Locatrix websites

    Telstra's engineering teams removed the DNS blocking for locatrix.com websites at 10:54am, and removed the block on conceptsafety.com.au websites (which includes many PlanSafe portals) at 11:23am. Access for Telstra customers was restored at this point.

    Telstra's DNS servers began blocking Locatrix domains at approximately 8:30AM UTC+10, meaning that Telstra users were unable to access any Locatrix products or services (including this status page). Access for users from all other ISPs/carriers or those using non-Telstra DNS servers was not impacted. Telstra did not provide a specific reason for the block.
